Quilting 101
This workshop will guide you through all the steps of making a quilt. from beginning to end. some sewing experience required. ages 14+

For the budget conscious sewing get away we have all the same sewing fun below at the stunning buffalo lake in Central Alberta.(1:20 from Edmonton) a Large lake side house with 2 sewing areas, shared accommodations plus a full kitchen with air fryer. one catered meal. one Potluck Friday lunch. all other meals you bring. only 10 tickets available

Did you know that wearing your clothes longer is the most impactful way to reduce fashions carbon footprint? Sometimes, in order to wear your clothes longer, they need to be repaired or altered. Join us for our community clothing repair clinic were you bring your clean apparel items needing repair, and you use our machines, various tools, and diverse scraps to repair, mend, and re-imagine your own items under the guidance of our volunteer expert’s. Event is Free (max 40 people).
